Artist Statement
My art aims to serve people, not just itself. I have been commissioned to create works for schools, prisons, hospitals, churches, public spaces, and private homes. As an artist, teacher, and advocate for access to the Arts, the inspiration from my students remains integral to my work. I specialize in working with Antique (mouth-blown) glass, creating stained glass that reflects the beauty of nature and humanity. The color and texture variations in the glass and the variations of lead-lines make my work unique. Light is the musician, and my windows are instruments made for Her to play.
