After a West Coast family move, Rebecca attended Boston’s MFA, and graduated Vesper George School of Art, Boston, MA, with a BFA from UMass Dartmouth, and painting residency at Cape Cod School of Art with Henry Hensche. Moving to Providence, RI after studies she connected with community art programs, later teaching at Rhode Island School of Design, CE/PC, and The Gordon School, RI.
Rebecca was born in Los Angeles, CA and references the Urban Landscape in her work. It’s the change of the unpredictable stage that she combines in architecture, nature and color the ongoing urban connections and entanglements.
